Keyboard shortcuts are handy to know, whether you are using a compact notebook keyboard on a bouncy road or have trouble using the mouse. There are many, many shortcuts, but most of us will find a few for each application program that are particularly helpful. Many are consistent across MS programs (such as Ctrl+C for copy ).
Here is a link to Microsoft that will get you way more shortcuts than you can possible need. As you try these, note that you will need to be able to remember the key combinations. Many menu shortcuts are also documented in the drop down menus in the MS program, too. The notation "Atl+D" means press and hold down the "Alt" key, and then tap the "D" key.
