05-20-2008, 1:14 PM admin Joined on 08-30-2005 Posts 30 File Names -- Invalid Characters The following characters are not allowed to be used in Windows file names: * Asterisk < >[ ] Brackets = Equal sign + Plus sign " Quotes \ / Slashes , . : ; Comma, Period, Colon, Semicolon If you do use them when saving a file, you will get an error message telling you that the file name that you have used is invalid. It will not tell you what is wrong with the file name. Now you should know.    Report
