Computer Learning Centers

Our mission is to provide the members of the PPCUG with effective, accessible and low cost PC-related learning opportunities by sharing the knowledge and expertise of our members in a classroom environment.

The PPCUG Computer Learning Centers are managed by the Program Committee. This Committee defines the classes, recruits the instructors, refines the lesson plans, publicizes the classes, maintains the facilities and solicits feedback from the membership on existing and proposed new classes.

We have learning centers in the communities of Crossville, Pleasant Hill and Fairfield Glade, TN, for the benefit of our members. These centers have computers, software, accessory hardware and appropriate furniture to serve 3-6 people at a time. The equipment has been recycled by and is maintained by our members. Equipment is added or upgraded as new classes are developed or new PC operating systems are released. Instructors are volunteer members with extensive practical PC experience. Please visit the calendar for the current class schedule.

Only a few classes are scheduled on our Events Calendar.  If you are interested in any scheduled or unscheduled classes, call Alan Baker 788-2201 to make arrangements.
