Newsletter
The
Newsletter Committee creates, edits and publishes the monthly PPCUG
newsletter, the Gazette.
The
current chairperson is Don Lewis.
Copies are provided at our monthly membership meetings. Past issues
are online here. This Committee welcomes ideas and content for newsletter articles.

Webmaster
The
Webmaster Committee creates and maintains the PPCUG website.
Alan Baker is the current chairperson.
Ideas for content or website improvement can be sent to webmaster@ppcuginc.com.

Programs
Programs are planned by the Board of Directors as a group. At each
Board meeting, we try to have the next three programs identified.
Please submit ideas for future programs to the President.

Membership
The
Membership Committee, chaired by Dolores Crabtree , is responsible for maintaining
records of all members, promoting membership and membership renewals and
coordinating membership dues payments with the Treasurer. The
Membership Chair also sends out a monthly email reminder of the upcoming
meetings to each member who has an email address on file.

Publicity
The
Publicity Committee is responsible for creating publicity plans and materials
and getting these materials placed in various media, including newspapers and
post boards. Maryann Noordeen publishes articles in our local
papers. The other functions are currently "open".

Equipment
Custody
The
Equipment Custody Committee is responsible for maintaining the control and
operational integrity of all of PPCUG's hardware and software. This
group handles incoming and outgoing donations, the equipment in the Computer
Learning Centers and the software licensing control and records. Bob
Willis is the chairperson.

APCUG
Representation
PPCUG
belongs to the Association of PC User Groups
(APCUG), and Peter Kaufmann represents PPCUG with this organization.
